Micah Vander Tuig

Micah has been with O’Rourke Sales Company since January 2008, and help start our Premium Incentives division. He is actively involved in the Incentives industry and currently serves on the IMRA Board of Directors as well as the IMRA Marketing Conference Committee. Micah is an avid fisherman and currently resides in the greater Kansas City area with his wife and their combined four children.

Denise Peters

Denise is the newest member of the Incentives team, joining in 2023, but has been working within Special Markets most of her career (more years than she likes to admit, it tells her age). Engaging with her customers and building new product programs is her favorite part of her job. She enjoys spending time with her 3 grandchildren and watching any crime show she can find. Denise is also a big fan of Italian cuisine, which she takes full advantage of living in the Chicago area with her husband.

Brian Jacobs 

Brian is a 25-year sales veteran in the Consumer Electronic and Premium Incentives markets and has worked for O’Rourke Sales since February 2019. His workdays are primarily spent maintaining Replink and managing sales territories in the SE & NE United States. A lifelong resident of Michigan, Brian enjoys fishing, playing retro video games, and attending sporting events and rock concerts with his wife, kids, and grandkids in the Metro Detroit area.

Rees Douglas

Rees is the oldest member of the Incentives team—both figuratively and literally! Having been with the O’Rourke family for over 30 years, she has worn many proverbial hats and worked with just about every business segment along the way. When not handling our team's customer service duties, Rees enjoys international travel adventures with her husband, exploring new cultures and cuisines, fostering and rescuing cats & dogs, and camping with their three dogs.

Jessica Weeks

Jessica is part of our Customer Service Representative team and has been with O’Rourke Sales Company since July 2016. She spends most of her day processing and picking customer orders, something she takes great pride in. When not entering orders, Jessica enjoys hiking with her significant other and beloved husky Zeus in her free time.

Chris Cadogen

Chris has been with O’Rourke Sales Company since July 2011 and has over 25 years of sales experience, both in retail and wholesale. Chris is part of the order entry team, handling all EDI related orders and tasks out of our Corporate Davenport office. Chris enjoys spending time with his 2 young daughters, and enjoys biking, kayaking, camping, and golf.
